Education Specialist - Part-time
Alliance Charter Academy in Oregon City is seeking a part-time Education Specialist to support its K-12 personalized learning model, featuring a "Parents as Partners" approach that blends home-based learning with on-campus classes. This role focuses on guiding customized academic paths in a collaborative, supportive environment. Each student at Alliance Charter Academy is assigned an Education Specialist who will meet with the parent and student weekly. The ES assists with course requests, curriculum purchases, educational guidance, assessments, and homework. Oregon teaching license required.

Tutor & Substitute Teacher
Support students in a variety of subject areas and serve as a substitute teacher when needed.
- Mondays through Thursdays
- 10:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

Classroom Teachers
Teachers at Alliance share their passion for learning with our students. We offer a University style block schedule with classes for learners in grades K through 12. Teachers at Alliance are not required to be licensed, but it is preferred.

High School Basketball
- Class meets Mondays and Wednesdays
- 12:30 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Guitar and Sound Design Instructor
- Guitar Classes meet Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:30 - 3:00
- Audio Sound Design Class meets Monday and Wednesdays from 12:30 - 2:00
- Rock Band Class meets Wednesdays from 2:00 - 3:30
